The historic Moycullen Farmers' Co-op, Moycullen's most important historic structure, has been lovingly restored and transformed from a derelict shell into one of the west's unique restaurants and music venues. Well known Galway engineers and restorers the Heneghans have created a venue that brings San Francisco modern industrial style to a traditional West of Ireland structure. In December the final piece of the puzzle -- the kitchen -- was added. With a team of international chefs who are as dedicated at their art as the craftsmen who created the space, the Co-op menu features the finest of local produce at a very affordable price. The Co-op hosts the west's best entertainment with live music every Friday and Saturday after dinner. On Sunday, Strictly Dixie, a big jazz band, plays between 1.30pm and 4pm, ideal for chilling out with friends and family. The Co-op opens late every Saturday night, with the best DJs spinning in the late bar. Dinner is served from 5pm to 10pm, Wednesday to Friday, and at weekends from 12 noon to 10pm. The Co-op is available for private
