KASPER'S Fast Food Restaurant, located o n M a r y Street, has opened w i t h m u c h delight a n d approval f r o m the general public i n Galway. Pat and Geraldine L o h a n have put m u c h planning into design, products a n d location o f the restaurant and have used m u c h expert advice in decision-making. T h e exterior o f the restaurant is tastefully decorated. A w o o d w i t h a mahogany effect has been used and is in keeping w i t h the overall look w h i c h the t o w n planning committee is trying to attain. N o distasteful plastic signs are to be seen and the overall impression is attractive. T h e interior o f the restaurant is also very impressive. Mirrors a n d plants adorn the s u r r o u n d ings and there is plenty o f space in the eating area, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. A s regards food there is m u c h variety. T h e range of food includes: Mexican Taco, Doner Kebabs, Chicken Nuggets, A m e r i can Style Chicken, F i s h Fillets, Spice Burgers, M i l k Shakes, Ice Cream and a host o f other tasty delights. T h e food is cooked to perfection and is extremely tasty. Efficiency a n d cleanli ness are the keywords in the restaurant, Speed is o f vital importance, but w i t h an eye o n quality. T h e cooking area is immacul ately clean. O f course, as w i t h any restaurant, the staffs attitude can actually "make-or-break" an estab lishment. Rasper's staff are extremely helpful and cheerful, making a visit to the restaurant an absolute pleasure.
