Irish people often get hot under the collar when we are tagged "Dirty. "But anyone passing this picture would be hard pressed to think of a more suitable adjective. This picture was taken on the main Tuam Road about 3 miles from the City, and it shows an extraordinary lack of simple social behaviour in the people who threw their dirt here.
