PARKING CHANGES Dear Editor, With the Introduction o f the proposed new enclosed car parking fees, the city centre will be o u t at far as thousands of car owner shopping families are concerned. We always enjoyed, shopping in the City Centre, meeting friends for a chat over a c u p of coffee, while the kids visited the record shops etc. b u t when the p r o p o s e d new fees are introduced, its the Shopping Centres for us where parking is free. In n o other city I k n o w does such fees exist, it is usually lOp per hour, so o u r city fathers are making sure the City Centre will be a ghost town in a short time.
