TRIBES FESTIVAL Dear Sir, With all the radio and newspaper discussions about Tourism and the' lack of Tourists in the 1980 season, I started thinking! (I do think sometimes so beware!) I thought if Galway could organise " A Festival of the Tribes of Galway". Not a week, but 14 weeks in the "off season". (The weather would not matter).
