Galway singer gets her own show on Nashville Radio

Loughrea singersongwriter and company director Linda Welby can now add radio host to her CV as she is currently presenting a radio show in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms Welby presents an hour-long weekly Irish country music programme from NBRN Radio in Nashville. It broadcasts every Tuesday evening and can be heard

on the internet in Ireland at 12 midnight on www.nbrn.fm Mother of eight Linda resides in Roscahill, Co Galway. She has released the album A Story to Tell, enjoyed a hit single with `The Galway Fiddler', and played numerous concerts in partnership with Brendan Bowyer. She recently received an invitation to appear at the Country Music Awards in Texas next June.
