Very special Led Zeppelin Jeep Patriot

A leading British vehicle branding company has just launched a Limited Edition Led Zeppelin Jeep Patriot. Just seven of these exclusive 4x4s will be sold, each boasting a full range of refined extras, as well as stunning graphics that pay a wonderful tribute to one of the most highly regarded and documented bands. The launch of this special edition coincides with Led Zeppelin's live performance in London last month.

Patriot is quicker than the Land Rover Freelander 2, more able off-road than the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV 4, pumps out less CO2 than the Nissan X-Trail, and has a boot around the size of the VW Tiguan.

"The Patriot is a cracking car to drive and promises to be a decent ownership proposition. It adds a welcome dash of adventure and US style to a sometimes bland SUV market. At last you can have your American pie ....

and eat it, too." The publication recently awarded the Jeep brand the Gold Award in its Green 4x4 awards ahead of all other manufacturers of 4x4s and SUVs. They praised the Patriot as being the most

economical 4x4 ever to wear the Jeep badge and the least polluting with its low CO2 emissions compared to manufacturers with smaller vehicles. Ian Bloomer, sales director for Jeep in

Ireland, said: "We are absolutely delighted that Patriot has received such recognition just as we are about to introduce the model to the Irish market. "This eco-Jeep offers motorists everything they look for when buying a car

- a fuel-efficient diesel engine capable of nearly 43mpg, an impressive list of standard equipment, four-wheel drive technology, a spacious interior, and high levels of safety and reliability all at a very affordable price."

Jeep Patriot is the greenest and best

The Patriot will be launched in Ireland late this month and Jeep says it will appeal to customers who want a vehicle that is capable on and off-road, but who also want the performance, handling, fuel economy, and price of a family hatchback. Commenting on the award. which was announced in the December edition of the magazine, Bob Murray, editor of 4x4 and MPV Driver, said: "The Jeep
