New Restaurant in Oranmore to be discovered
Deep in the heart of City Limits, Oranmore, there is an amazing new restaurant waiting to be discovered. Part adventure, part restaurant and wholly entertaining for the whole family, Amazonia Restaurant provides a delightful dining experience unlike any other.

The atmosphere and feeling upon entering this exciting restaurant leads you to believe you have landed deep in a tropical rainforest, complete with waterfalls, lush vegetation, and indigenous creatures. Amazonia's newly appointed head chef Ken Shaw, formerly head chef and owner of Rascals Restaurant has thought up a selection of interesting and mouth watering dishes such as Tiger on a stick; tiger prawns on skewers with rich cherry tomato and roasted red pepper, coated with a lime & Dill Glaze and served with Basmati Rice. Or why not try the daring Hog time dish, a full rack of tender marinated baby back ribs chargrilled with finger licking B.B.Q sauce served with homemade jumbo fries and two homemade dipping sauces. After you have feasted on the main courses its time to indulge in Amazonias' wide range of desserts. The toffee lumpy bumpy is a must, a sponge base with toffee mousse and lumpy bumpy cheesecake topped with mouth watering caramel - an explosion of toffee delight. A wide range of fine wines and beers is available to compliment every dish and Amazonia also has its very own cocktail menu, with all cocktails priced at only 7. Amazonia Restaurant is a family friendly restaurant complete with baby chairs, changing facilities and also a special kiddies menu with lots of crosswords, colouring in sections and puzzles to keep the little ones fully amused between courses.
