Graham Technology's ciboodle one to watch in 2007
Galway-based Graham Technology's ciboodle software suite has been tipped as one to watch out for in 2007 by Call Centre Focus magazine. CCF is the leading publication for the call centre industry throughout Ireland and the UK. ciboodle was included as one of the best technologies in the `Hot Products' section of CCF's December issue. ciboodle is a customer interaction management system targeted at contact centres and enabling them to provide multi-channel interactions with their customers. Graham Technolgy managing director Sean O'Shea said he is delighted that ciboodle has been lauded in this well respected industry magazine. "We're excited about the launch of ciboodle on the Irish market and are looking forward to 2007 and the opportunity to build on our position as a leading provider of solutions to contact centres in a variety of industry sectors including financial services, telecommunications, utility, and retail," he said.
