THE HOME PAGES
Douglas Newman Good Nationwide hosted a oneday exhibition of Irish properties last weekend in London's Copthorne Tara Hotel, Kensington. With up to 70 estate agents representing DNG branches from all over Ireland displaying properties ranging from second hand residential properties in the main urban areas to a vast range of new home developments, rural cottages, development sites, public houses, retail units and townhouses, the show proved to be a huge success gaining maximum selling exposure for their clients' properties. The exhibition generated a lot of interest with people living in London who are looking to invest in the Irish property market. One of the main reasons months as they make arrangements to view the properties that impressed them at the show. People who didn't have property listed for the show now have the opportunity to meet with their local agent who will be happy to pass on their property details to potential UK buyers that their property may suit. Such a success was the show that arrangements are being made to bring the show to the UK again next year. Your four local agents are DNG Martin O'Connor, Oughterard and Connemara (091) 866708, DNG John Mannion, Galway city and environs (091) 530111, DNG Pat Finn, Ballinasloe (09096) 31615, and DNG McLoughlin & Staunton Loughrea (091) 871841.
