Indeed a stall where everyone will find something to help him or her get in touch with his or her spiritual side. Katherine sells scented candles for 3.50 each or 3 for 9 and coloured candles are 4.50 each or 3 for 12 along with award winning photographs, original poems and essential oils.

MARKET FORCES
Names: Carl and Cillian Fahy Food Type: An assortment of bagels and pretzels. Where are you from? We come from Finavarra, New Quay, Clare. How long have you been selling bagels on the market? Four years. After a visit to America Carl Fahy was taken with West of Ireland. Carl's son Cillian was more than happy to talk me through the various types of bagels they sell of which they have over ten types such as poppy seed, cranberry and rosemary, cinnamon and raisin along with an exciting pizza style bagel. Carl and Cillian sell their bagels on Saturday and Sunday at the market as well as supplying outlets in Galway throughout the week. It was refreshing to talk to young Cillian who obviously knows his bread; good to see the art of bread baking is being passed onto the younger generation. Carl and Cillian provide excellent value as you can pick up 1 pretzel for 1, 1 bagel for 85cents, 6 bagels for 3.50 or 13 bagels for 6.50. Name: Katherine Greene
