Double bill for The Comedy Club

Carraroe Library - hosts an exhibition of sea and landscape paintings by Eamonn O'Brien. An Gailearai Beag - on Flood Street exhibits original paintings and is open every day. Gallery Tours - Galway Arts Centre will facilitate each exhibition, providing background information on the artists, their inspirations, and their works on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays at I 15pm. CONTROVERSIAL COMIC David" McSavage and Manchester's Alan Carr will play the Comedy Club at Bar Cuba* this Sunday. Carr and McSavage are two of the most talked about comedians on the comedy circuit. Carr has been described as the spiritual son of Frankie Howerd, though he also combines elements of Austin Powers and the young Eric Morecambe, so expect not so much a laugh a minute as a laugh a second. Joining Carr is the wayward genius of David McSavage. Son of the former Fianna Fail minister for foreign affairs David Andrews, this man has been arrested three times, caused a near riot at a club in Dublin with a heckler, and courts controversy everywhere he goes.
