Award of excellence for Moycullen nursery
KNOLLCREST NURSERY in Moycullen recently received a 'centre of excellence a w a r d ' from the National Children's Nurseries Association. The nursery was one of only 16 lull day-care nurseries in the country, and the only nursery in Galway. to receive the award. The award was based on a self-assessment profile involving analysK of policies and procedures, and quality of childcare which was then followed up by validation visits and inspections by the organising body The National Children's Nurseries Association. When accepting the award from Michael McDowell, Minister for Justice, Equality, and Law Reform. Niamh O'Dwyer. the owner and manager of the nursery, said that the success of Knollcrest was due to the great relationship that exists between the staff and families that attend the nursery. SMG
