KIRBY MARY Salthill, Galway. Jan McGuinness and her brother John Kirfoy would like to thank everyone for the enormous sympathy and affection shown to us at the time of our mother's death. It was a great comfort and consolation to us and helped us through a difficult time. To those who attended the removal and funeral Mass, those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes, a sincere thanks. A very spe cial word of thanks to Canon Jack O'Connor who officiated so compas sionately at the funeral ceremonies. Thanks also to Fr Adrian McGrath and Fr Bernard Murray SJ for their kind participation. Our gratitude to Dr Dympna Horgan for her care and devotion over the years and especial ly to Dr Coughlan and the staff of] Unit 3. Merlin Park Hospital for their care and kindness to us and our mother during her final illness. Thanks also to her good neighbours and loyal friends especially "the swimmers" and to all our friends and relatives, some of whom travelled great distances to help and support us. We greatly appreciated the kind ness and thoughtfulness of the under taker Caitnona O'Flaherty and her staff. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude.
