Dinosaurs return to Galway? No, not Jurassic Park but an account of who/how those fantastic lizards really were. World expert Michael Benton is coming to town to tell us about it, in two presentations scheduled in U.C.G.'s New Science Building: on Friday 24th September at 8 p.m. in "The Age of the Dinosaurs" and on Saturday the 25th at 11 a.m. in "Jurassic Park - what was it really like?". These free and illustrated talks are for the big kids and adults who want to know, as well as about Triassic and Jurassic Parks, what happened in the Big Bang that finished off Cretaceous Park. But for the Big Bang, might humans have been reptiles of the mammals that we are? Besides Dr. Benton's widely anticipated slideshow, UCG Geology Department will open its James Mitchell Museum to answer all (well almost all)

your questions on its renowned mineral, rock and fossil collections. And why not bring along your own specimens for identification

from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. boi days. Also, Mike Williams will be showing you how Ireland went from being a tropical coralisland to a Greenland like ice-cap. Meet him by
