Make-up: Mainly I use a brand called Make Up Forever. During the day I try to keep my look as light as possible, because at night time I generally have to wear quite a lot of make up. Skincare routine: I cleanse, tone and moisturise with Vichy products generally, most of my skincare range is from Vichy. They do a terrific water spray which I use as soon as I take make-up off, it's great for getting skin back in shape. I also splash plenty of water on my skin after removing make-up. Exercise regime: I've been very lazy for the past few weeks and missing time at the gym, but generally I try to go four times a week and do all the toning and vascular exercises. Also I try to walk whenever I can. Particularly in Dublin where the traffic is so bad, it often makes sense to leave the car at home and walk instead. Emir's tip for health and beauty: Get as many good nights' sleep as you can, and get up early in the morning. Begin the day with some sort of exercise, a workout or whatever. Usually if I've had a late night, I'm up late and lazing around and the day is gone, it's much better to be energetic in the morning if possible.

Make-up: Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish foundation, Chanel eyeshadow, and lipstick - which is my favourite thing, I never go outside the door without lipstick - from a variety of make-up houses including RoC and Clarins. Skincare routine: I cleanse, tone and moisturise using a Vichy cleanser and RoC creams, and also use Clarins Contour Eye Balm, I particularly like Clarins products. Exercise regime: I try to get to the gym three times a week though work has been particularly busy recently - I've just finished a documentary on the Nevin trial and it can be difficult to keep it up. But I would always manage to get there twice a week definitely. Maura's tip for health and beauty: Drink lots of water and take care of your skin. Always, always take off your makeup at night, no matter how late it is. It is also good to take vitamins - I take lots, particularly Vitamin C which is great for warding off colds, and Vitamin E which is good for your skin I also take Evening Primrose Oil and Anti-oxidants.

Make up: Lancome foundation Teint Idole; blusher, eyeshadow and lipstick from Mac. Skin care routine: I cleanse, tone and moisturise daily with Nivea. I also use Clarins body lotion and Dolce Vita. Exercise regime: I use the gym three days a week for a one hour workout. Mandy's tip for health and beauty: Detox for a few days every month and just eat fruit and vegetables. Don't get bogged down with diets, eat plenty of food but make sure you eat the right things and cut down on sauces am! butters. Take time to work out c you never go to a gym, make time even to go for a walk. Pamper yourself, visit the beauty salon a few times a year, take time regularly to have your hair done.
