The Magee Autumn/Winter Collection '91 reflects European trends with easier, more comfortable shapes, softer fabrics and an exciting array of colour. Double breasted suits continue to be in vogue. Pleated trousers with trun-ups are becoming increasingly popular. While single breasted styles are making their presence felt in the market, the easy to wear double breasted is still the dominant look in suits. A growing trend towards plain suits and the more fashionable colours like mustards, burgundys and petrol blue exists. Magee have retained the classics in navy and grey but updated them with interesting stripes or over checks which work in the new colours. Co-ordinated jackets and trousers are becoming as acceptable for business wear in Ireland as they are on the Continent. VIBRANT COLOURS The Magee range of sports jackets picks up on the Continental trend towards more vibrant colours and tones them in jackets with a range of flannel and melange cloths. These jackets are very popular with Con tinental visitors here, particularly among French and Italian women.
