N o w that the N e w Moon is in dry dock the Patrician Musical Society are taking the Orient Express to Japan, with their next production, the Gilbert and Sullivan's "Mikado". The Emperor of production is Joe Donoghue from Tuam and the Emperoress of Music is Patricia Lillis, as Producer and Musical Director they would like to meet any budding singers at auditions on Thursday, 8th Sept ember, in the American Hotel, at 8.00. If you feel you might be a Wander ing Minstrel chasing the three little maids from school while avoiding the Lord High Executioner, come along. The more serious side of the Society our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 14th Sept ember in the Warwick Hotel, at 8.00 p.m. Members are requested to attend.
