To Serve: Your choice of topping: Jif Lemon, Sugar, Maple Syrup Method: Sieve flour and salt into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the egg, gradually add the milk and whisk until smooth. Pour batter into a jug and allow to stand for about 30 minutes. Add a few drops of oil to a frying pan over heat. Pour a little batter evenly into the pan. Cook for 1-2 mins until the underside is golden. Loosen the edges of the pancake then flip it over and repeat! Serve with your choice of topping!
